Terrace Fifty-Five Food and Wine
In keeping with our surroundings of beautiful Assiniboine Park, Terrace Fifty-Five will mirror the “greenness” of the park with a menu that will be representative of a regional cuisine, emphasizing local products and suppliers and a focus on Canadian fish & seafood. Chef Scarcella has committed to use sustainable and renewable resources whenever possible. Manitoba products will be used extensively including local produce, pickerel, grains, bison and lamb.
