General Manager – Kenn Huynh

Kenn has been in the hospitality industry for about 15 years, where he worked for various Chain restaurants as well as family owned operations. Kenn began working for WOW! in 1999 at the Old Spaghetti Factory and the Winnipeg Goldeyes and for the next 4 years, shared his time and talents between the Spaghetti Factory, Goldeyes and Finn’s Pub. Ken went his own way for a couple of years but returned to WOW! and the Old Spaghetti Factory in 2007. Kenn was promoted to General Manager of Muddy Waters in July 2008.

Kitchen Manager – Darryl Riddle

Darryl trained for 2 years in Gloucestershire, England and went on to run kitchens in Sheffield, Oxford, North Hampton and London. He assumed his position in the kitchen at Muddy Waters in the Spring of 2008.Darryl also has a diploma in Radio and Television Broadcasting and Small Business Management from Red River College.
